Simple, durable and Waterproof
Nice simpleand roomy single bag style waterproof day hiking pack. 2 side pockets just right for smart water bottles. Inner up facing zipped pocket good for keys, wallet, Flashlight, and knife. 2 improvement would be a mesh outer pocket to stash stuff for quick accesses, and more durable bottom shoulder strap webbing. 3/4 inch would last longer than 1/2" webbing the straps use.
Great for gear and groceries!
I bought this to use as a bikepacking bag on my gravel bike, strapped onto the rear bike rack. I haven't had it out on my bike yet, as winter season here in New England is still wrapping up. However, we did have a beautiful, sunny 70 degree day recently that allowed me to get out on my dual sport motorcycle. I needed to get a few groceries, so I grabbed the Typhoon and off I went. To my surprise, I was able to fit more groceries in it that I thought would fit! And with a full pack, the bag was very sturdy and comfortable for the ride home. I'll be making a trip to Peru next month for a motorcycle vacation and am thinking of bringing this backpack as an additional waterproof bag to strap onto the motorcycle. I'll give another update once I return.
