The Helium AscentShell™ Jacket is the lightest, most breathable waterproof shell in the Outdoor Research line. Two powerful technologies fuse into one hard shell that far surpasses the performance of heavier jackets. The lightweight durability of Pertex® Diamond Fuse technology increases agility through rugged environments, and the breathable waterproof comfort of AscentShell™ technology excels while precipitation comes down. A high-mobility, low-bulk fit takes up less space in your pack and layers more efficiently with harnesses and backpacks. This minimalist piece is fully seam-taped and features external and internal chest pockets, a wire brim hood with Hoodlock™, and dynamic reach™ underarm panels that allow you to move freely without sacrificing protection from the elements.
