I bought this bike a few days ago. After having rode it for several days I am super happy with it. It took some tweaking and adjusting to get it to my liking. The only problem I encountered was the typical complaint, the seat sliding back. I remedied this by putting a worm clamp behind the seat bracket. The brakes work great and I love the push button brake stop incorporated in the handle. It really comes in handy. This bike has a lot of components so you are going to have to adjust it to your own specs. It rides, shifts and works flawlessly. I am super happy with it and would buy it again.

The bike arrived timely and in great condition. Other reviews had stressed how difficult and confusing assembly was, so I waited to post my review. I can honestly say that I was amazed how simple assembly was to perform. From unpacking from shipping box to rolling it out the door only took less than 30 minutes  tops even with making the adjustments to fit my body. The quality seems to be good for the price of the bike  I strongly recommend this bike especially for  people suffer ing  with back and knee issues. I waited to get this bike for 2 years because it was constantly out of stock but, it was worth the wait.

Great Bike, Great Price

You can't beat the price! It's the first Trike I've purchased and I did test several at the local shops over the last year. There were more comfortable ones, no doubt. But this one is 1/4th the price of those others!  The seat needs more padding, for sure. The gears are designed poorly, so to use the upper gears they will slip because of the design. I am just sticking to the lower gears to avoid breaking the chain. It's great for FLAT terrain. Anything else will be a struggle. If you can do with a few less than perfect issues, then you will be thrilled. See ya out there!

Great for the price

I had to tweak several items on the trike and needed to contact warranty department to get some defective or broken parts on delivery.  The bearing covers for the rear tires are unavailable which dissapoints me, but not so much to return the trike and look elsewhere.

good but has some flaws

I absolutely love this bike.  My wife bought one from a local shop and it cost twice as much.  There are not many differences between her bike and my bike (this one).  The cons are the damage to the broke when i relieved it.  The seat was ripped, the hub caps were broken, and the derailleur was bent.  It took several miles of road and adjustments to get it nearly where it should be.  Overall it is a great bike for the price.

Great bike for the price

I bought this trike for my 76 year old brother cause he loves to ride but has a lot of leg and foot issues and his equilibrium is shot. The trike arrived a day early and the box was pretty beat up and one of the cap nuts from the steering connecting rod was missing.  It was OK to assemble if you have some mech engineering skill. As others have noted the seat is very weak. Nylon mesh is very thin and the clip/velcro straps pop when we sit on it. The plastic tubes that guide the LONG chain are held poorly and dislodged got traveled into the sprockets at both ends. He was very skeptical when we first evaluated it in person. I got a car seat cushion and cargo straps and put Gorilla tape around the velcro to keep it from letting go. The cargo straps support his weight and take the load off of the stock straps. I also added some flat and star washers to the support points for the chain tube spring booms and wrapped them in G tape where the segments meet. tube holding brackets can't be tightened enough to keep them secure.
With those modifications he could ride it confidently and comfortably on a very easy road. The steering feels very strange at first and the seat position places the center of mass a little too far forward even all the way back. Tires need to be more robust as well. Getting the derailer adjusted since it would not go into the lowest gear. Bike shop guy said it is asking a lot to maintain chain alignment with such a long run and the cheezy guide tubes. Hopefully he can get it set. One needs finesse to change gears reliably and he doesn;t have much. I hope he can adapt to the trike since he really loves riding for excercise. If not I will see if WM's return policy is as easy as they claim.

Interesting design.... Inadequate execution.

This is the replacement bike I ordered. The first one was banded up due to delivery by FedEx so I sent it back. This replacement was shipped with the wrong manual and the main connective parts, pictures, did not line up correctly. I saw the same issues on an online YouTube video.

2nd trike

I have the bike adjusted for the shortest possible setting through both the seat and the pedal bar. It is still an inch too large for me to even reach the pedals, let alone be comfortable. I'd say this is for a minimum height of 5'6”

The packaging was less than optimal: the bottom  corners and bottom edge of the box was crushed and smashed. The trike had a shattered  pieces from one screw on hubcap for front tire freely sliding inside the box. The front reflector did not come with a screw to attach it to the frame of the trike. Some of the metal parts appeared to have some scrapes from a prior attempt to assemble said product and causes me to question if the trike was sent to me used, because i paid for a new trike, and received a damaged one. I would like to request a refund for the difference in price between the used "new"  trike sent to me and the price of a resale trike like the one that was unfortunately received.
