Purchased this product from another seller (Sorry amain). Defective out of the box. Tried charging Traxxas iD NiMH batteries and got error message that battery voltage was too low or high to charge.
Traxxas support says its the batteries. Brand new batteries delivered less than a month ago and they can't be used? Maybe. And Traxxas provides no warranty of its batteries, so their respone is basically, sucks to be you.
This total lack of customer support appears to be how Traxxas does business based on other sites. If you want to get into radio controlled models, DO NOT BUY Traxxas unless you have money to burn.
