Great tent over all, rain fly leaks though
Great tent overall but rain fly leaked with frost. Cant imagine how bad it is in a rain storm. You can see small pinholes in it from the inside. The sides of the rain fly and tent base need spots for tie downs for everything to work as it should. With no windows it would be nice to tie back the rainfly on the sides but you cant so not much airflow with leaving rain fly on. Other than that the tent was great. Great design with the screen room.

Received Defective
Received a day before our camping trip with a tear around one of the stitches on the rainfly. We had to stick doctors tape over it to make sure no water seeps in during rain.

Excellent tent!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Coleman Skydome Tent with 6 person & screen room, with dark room technology is awesome! There is plenty of room in this tent, and I can even stand up in it. It stays dry. There are many options included. The material is quality-made, and is wind and weather proof. The screen room provides extra storage and a sleeping area as well. The dark room technology keeps out 90 percent of the sunlight and keeps the tent cooler. There are many nice features of this tent. It is quality made to last for years.

About what I expected from coleman
Dark room made the tent darker than expected. It would be nice to have more ventilation to get a cross breeze through the tent to cool it off in the evening.

Not the best tent...
Not so sure it will survive a big storm. The screened in "porch" floor accumulates water, but inside the tent we stayed dry. I like the Darkroom technology.

Perfect for lazy campers!
I want to sleep in when I go camping. It's a perfect tent for those with a toddler! I don't know if I agree it gets cooler than a regular tent though. I like the high ceiling as well!

easy set up and spacious, but a wet weekend
We purchased this tent for car camping with kids. The size is great and it was easy to set up. Negatives include no inside air vents or windows when the rain fly is on. Our bigger problem was that it downpoured and despite trying to zip everything up correctly before going to bed, we woke up with a 5" puddle in the "screen room" and a pile of very wet shoes. The screen room become a giant wet mud room for most of our camping trip. Great in concept, but not in design.
